If you are after some detailed advice but don’t need a design then an in depth consultation is the best way forward.

With an in depth consultation you will have:

  • a detailed one to one conversation about the sorts of things you want from your garden

  • a walk and talk with you around your garden exploring the options for different areas

  • planting and design advice on what is both best for you and suitable for your garden space

This is high quality design service which is completed in just one day which makes it incredibly good value and highly affordable. There is no other garden design business offering this unique service. I will spend the day with you at your home enabling you the access you and I need to complete the design in one day.

Using this method means you can be fully involved in the creative decision making of your garden design.

Designing at your home means that I get immediate feedback and can incorporate your ideas then and there.

I also offer this service remotely. Using facetime, messenger, skype or whatsapp I can be with you remotely while you take me around your garden and describe your vision. With the aid of videos and photos I can then spend the day designing your garden without the need for me to be there physically.

  • the measurements transferred onto A2 paper to form a base line plan
  • a clear hand drafted concept drawing of your garden outlining:
  • hard landscaping areas
  • types of planting
  • other agreed features
  • Regular chats to include your ideas and gain your feedback on the design as it progresses throughout the day
  • A clearly drawn detailed to-scale design completed on site and in one day that can be used by other contractors for construction purposes.

This service is great for those who would like a more detail design and would like to include research into materials, features as well as specific plants and cultivars.
The design itself is striking and although fully functional as a detailed plan, it also works as piece of art. Clients often frame the design and hang it on their walls. This service is the next level up from the one day concept design drawing and consultation and would follow on from a consultation.

  • detailed designing of hard landscaping areas with recommended materials
  • research into specific plant species and cultivars suitable for your garden
  • inclusion of specific plant species and cultivars on the design
  • research into other agreed features
  • inclusion of these agreed features on the design
  • research into suppliers for  plants and features featured in your garden design
  • a list of suppliers for plants and features featured in your garden design complete with flowering & fruiting times, costings & much more
  • a meeting with you  to discuss the design and agree changes

An accurate quote for this service can be given after consultation and following a visit to your garden as the time that it takes to complete the design varies with the size and complexity of each garden. If you would like to include a one day concept design drawing followed by a detailed full colour or full tonal garden computer design this is also an option.
